CREATIVE PRODUCTS

We create engaging, strategic, informative, and visually impactful health content to educate our audiences and inspire them to act.

PRODUCTIONS FOR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, NUTRITION, BREASTFEEDING, AND COMMUNITY HEALTh

We led 7 video shoots and 3 photo shoots to reflect and reinforce healthy behaviors for a range of audiences. Fourteen videos, thousands of raw images, and more than 50 print-ready photos are now available to CDC and other public health professionals for their use.

PRODUCTIONS FOR HIV PREVENTION

Through extensive recruitment efforts, we conducted productions featuring over 60 campaign participants that resulted in nearly 500 photos and 25 social media videos for CDC’s Division of HIV/AIDs Prevention.

An animated video was developed for an HIV campaign to cover the basics and journey of HIV testing, including reasons to get tested and next steps after receiving test results. The video can be viewed in its entirety or in different segments based on topic.

We develop timely, relevant content that appeals to the broader community and reaches a wide range of audiences.

This widget provides users with a quick and easy way to see state data related to cholesterol, diabetes, heart attacks, high blood pressure, nutrition, obesity, physical activity, stroke, and tobacco use. 

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY GUIDELINES CONTENT

We create sharp, shareable content for CDC and its funded recipients to use to inform others about the physical activity guidelines for youth.

ACTIVE PEOPLE, HEALTHY NATION FACEBOOK FRAME

This #ActivePeople frame allows people to update their Facebook profile picture to show their support for the Active People, Healthy NationSM initiative.

TEXT NOVELLAS

Our “text novellas” encourage communication between partners by chronicling an exchange of text messages between characters, exemplifying common scenarios and relatable conversations.

Stigma pledge cards

The stigma pledge cards are a series of digital and printed cards to encourage campaign audiences to take the pledge and commit to end HIV stigma in their communities.

UNDETECTABLE QUIZ

Our team developed an interactive quiz to test users’ knowledge about being undetectable.

These Facebook ads, part of an award-winning campaign for the Newark Trust for Education, helped increase participation in early childhood programs in Newark.

Tools and Resources

We develop engaging, user-friendly tools and resources, including outreach and recruitment materials and digital trainings and toolkits, that help various audiences in their work.  

We developed resources to help National Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Change Programs understand and use a Program Champion Strategy in their recruitment efforts.

Diabetes Prevention Outreach Materials

We developed informational tools about an online resource for National Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Change Programs to use with health care providers and community organizations.

A suite of four tools—the Measures Registry, User Guides, Learning Modules, and Decision Tree—that helps users understand key measurement concepts and find appropriate measures for research and evaluation projects.

NCCOR Measures Registry Learning Modules

A series of short, online modules that walk newer researchers and evaluators through measurement selection on their own time.

Partnerships with Local Communities

We have built relationships across the country through our work with seven programs funded by CDC’s National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion.
